To register before the event, fill out the form below and send it to the address provided along with your payment. If you register by mail, you must pick up your tournament badge at our clubhouse before the start of fishing in the tournament. You can register and/or pick up your tournament badge at our clubhouse on April 6 (first day of PA trout season) from 10 AM to 2 PM or on Friday, May 17 (day before the tournament) from 7 AM to 5 PM. 

Remember: You must present your tournament badge if you are redeeming a tagged fish for a prize.

Note: You must be registered prior to fishing to participate in the tournament and must present your tournament badge to redeem a tagged fish for a prize. You must possess a valid PA fishing license. If you are under 16, you must still be registered to participate in the tournament.
